Near East Tourism and Travel Enterprises (YDTSI), which operates under the Near East University (NEU), recently participated in the “12th Eastern Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Fair”, which was attended by nearly 3 thousand companies from 50 countries.

It was stated that the delegation headed by NEU Tourism Research and Development Center (TARGEM) President Ahmet Savaşan participated in various meetings during the fair and introduced the opportunities of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) in the fields of Education, Health and Congress.

In the statement, it was noted that NEU TARGEM President Ahmet Savaşan came together with tourism journalists in Turkey and told the journalists that NEU opened its doors to foreigners in the field of Oral and Dental Health and that the country will take important steps in this field.

“Those who come to Cyprus will have the opportunity to visit and see the unique touristic beauties of Northern Cyprus while having their oral and dental treatments at the NEU Faculty of Dentistry at international standards and at a more affordable price than in Europe. As it is known, today in the field of medicine, people living in Europe have started to turn to countries where they can have their treatments in economically more favorable conditions and under better conditions than in their own countries. Northern Cyprus aspires to be an important center with the high quality of oral and dental health offered at NEU and all the touristic features offered by an island country with a nine thousand year history.”.
